An homage to home
As an homage to the large Caribbean demographic found in the South Bronx, this mural was done in the second studio at YUCA arts.
Students in the Winter 2024 courses participated in my 8 week mural course from concept to finish. Below are students in the sketch phase.
After sketching the mural we block painted. We started on large sections of color and then worked towards smaller ones.
